For over a decade, I had the honor of serving as CEO of a reputable organization based in Oklahoma City. Soon after taking on this role, I recognized that in order to help the organization reach its goals, it was necessary to better reflect how invaluable we truly were. It was time to rebrand. Visual design had always interested and inspired me, but I found this rebranding process absolutely fascinating. Eventually, I began presenting to organizations across the US on the importance of effective branding and the overall value of consistent, high-quality visual design.

So, here I am. I decided to take my success as a business executive and combine it with outside-the-box thinking, creative writing and design skills. Throw in fearlessness, a genuine passion for helping others, a strong will to succeed, and a bit of personal re-branding… Cam Creative.

I am a native creative. The daughter of artists, a small business owner & educator, tried-and-true hippies. (The Woodstock-going, hitchhiking across the US kind.) I specialize in branding, visual communication, and the overall aesthetic of businesses and products. I work to create a broad spectrum of design, combining timeless visual appeal and modern culture with eye-catching colors, patterns, and typography.

I have worked with professional athletes, political figures, publications, musicians, law firms, legal and trial entities, blogs, non-profit organizations, and companies of all sizes. I love being able to take an idea and turn it into a design project that can beautifully and effectively serve as both the face of - and the visual voice to - your target market.

I strive to absorb my clients’ ideas, goals and dreams - and return to them a memorable brand with an inspiring success story.

While I love a challenge and value client diversity, I have a special place in my heart and soul for nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, and local businesses who are cause-driven and mission-motivated. The dreamers and the doers. I enjoy working with professional athletes who use their platform to engage fans, strengthen communities, and incite social change.

It is my mission to bring together businesses, philanthropists, nonprofits, civic organizations, community leaders, and creative talent to encourage mindfulness, increase awareness, and develop new solutions to the most-pressing challenges of our time.

CARPE’ING THE DIEMS

I am a lover of life, people, music, the mountains, the ocean, and pizza. I live for the sound of laughter. I love to travel and I am constantly searching my surroundings for design inspiration, often subconsciously. I am happiest when I am near water, and if asked my favorite color, the answer is always the same, yet variable... “The color of the sea.” I enjoy writing - and am a proud resident of the Insta-poetry community. (Perhaps more notably — I have authored many extremely witty text messages.) I collect vinyls. Music feeds my soul. I wear many hats, figuratively and literally. I love children and dogs, and wish everyone could view the world and its people, through the same eyes as they do.

I am incredibly grateful to be able to do something I genuinely love each and every day. This appreciation is further heightened by the fact that in doing what I love, I get to play a role in helping my clients succeed in doing what they love.
